Tobacco Road Technologies was founded on the premise that a patient safety program should not be expensive and should not be exclusive. Our researchand development efforts have culminated in an offering that uses existing industry standards to allow any health care provider, no matter how small, the ability to easily maintain compliance in the areas of quality and patient/provider safety.
Tobacco Road Technologies is mindful of the changing landscape of healthcare and the healthcare IT industry. We have our sights set on how our portion of the risk management toolset can be expanded to provide enterprise-wide risk management solutions. To that end, the software services we are architecting today and our model for input, workflow management and reporting analytics are being
molded into our two initial product offerings, Safepost and Safety CI.

The analytics and reporting service that is coupled with Safepost is our upcoming product, SafetyCI (collective intelligence). The Safepost community will benefit from the aggregate results from all healthcare organizations for research, the early detection of safety issues and the analysis of safety events on a world-wide scale.
 Safetywatch is the future of safety systems –an active surveillance system that utilizes real-time data to capture the occurrence or possibility of an adverse event - including healthcare acquired infections.
The combination of these products will provide the most complete patient safety product offering in the entire healthcare IT industry, providing the best solution to improving quality healthcare, saving lives and preventing harm to patients.
